Anna helped us purchase and sell our first investment property. When my girlfriend was offered her first nursing job in the NICU at Primary Children's hospital in Salt Lake, we were thrilled! Primary Children's is an exceptional facility and we knew that this would be a great opportunity for her. The only problem is that her start date was only a little over a month away and we were living in Twin Falls, ID. We had been to Salt Lake a handful of times but did not realize how crazy the market was until we started looking for a home to buy. Luckily before too long, we found Anna Sears and contracted her to assist us with this seemingly impossible task. Anna was very helpful from the start - giving us great background knowledge of the SLC market and finding some amazing homes in our price range. While my girlfriend and I were only able to make one trip down to Utah to see prospective homes in person, Anna was very helpful scouting out homes on her own and sharing with my girlfriend and I via face time calls. We ended up putting offers on two different homes without ever seeing them in person based on our facetime calls and Anna's opinion of the properties. Anna was very knowledgeable about what to look for and how to negotiate. Based on her recommendations, we requested that the water heater and furnace be inspected by an independent party and ended up getting brand new appliances for free! Ultimately we ended up getting an amazing home that we'd never seen in person until after we had put in an offer. We're extremely grateful for Anna going the extra mile and helping us with a difficult relocation.
